Tunde ran his first meet as an Illini on January 18. It turned out to be a great start. Here are Tunde's performances and places:

• Long Jump - 1^st - 23' 11"
• 60 m Dash - 2^nd - 6.91 FAT which converts to a 6.41 60yd. time.
• 200 m Dash- 2^nd - 22.2

He finished 2^nd in both the dashes to Illini Senior Dorian Green. Dorian is the defending Indoor Big Ten Champion in the 200.
