Research Experience
1. The development of a computer program for Time Domain Dielectric Spectrometer (TDDS).
2. The development of a home-built NMR Relaxometer (40 MHz).
3. The study of relaxation processes in a big enzymes complexes, in particular
a cellulases enzymes complex, and also structure characteristics of a small
protein knows as protamine by using methods TDDS and NMR.
In 1993 I received a PhD degree in biophysics and biotechnology.
Thesis title: " The study of physical-chemistry characteristics of
cellulases enzymatic complex in wide temperature range used NMR and TDDS Methods"
4. Theory of Multiple Quantum NMR Spectroscopy based on the Product Operator Formalism and the application of this method to the studies in organic Chemistry.
5. Quantum Processes in Biosystems, Theory of NMR Quantum Computers and Molecular Mashines, Theory Information, NMR, Theory of Product Operator Formalism for describe of quantum processes in biocells.
6. The study diffusion processes of water and surfactants in reverse micellar systems used NMR (PGSE) and Dynamical Light Scattering methods.
7. - # - # - # - # -
8. NMR relaxometry in low magnetic field.
9. Photopysical properties of aluminium phthalocyanines.
10. NMR of porous materials and microemulsion systems
Teaching and Supervision
Since 1996 I teach Modern Methods in
Biophysics and Sinergetics courses to graduate students at Rostov State
University. I also teach courses of Radiation and Nonradiation Biophysics
to Biophysical undergraduates students. I have acted as joint supervisor for
several research M.S. students at Rostov State University.
NMR Experience
I have used NMR machines including a home-built NMR
Relaxometer, a home-built NMR with Pulse Gradient of Magnetic Field,
a Bruker DMX-400, DMX-500, DPX-400
Other Experince
I have used IR spectrometers, fluorescecnce spectromeetr, dielectric
spectrometer.
Computing Experience
I have experience of programming in Pascal, Delphy, C under the DOS System.
I also have experience with several text processing and mathematical,
in particular Maple, packages.
