Final Examination Review Memo

I am afraid that I cannot offer all that much by way of general exam feedback, but I did take the time to write down notes on your answer explaining what you did well, which was a lot for this group of exams, and what you could have improved.

I used three categories of grading: (1) thorough, thoughtful, comparative description of the pertinent foreign systems; (2) thorough, thoughtful, comparative description of the U.S. system; and (3) general originality and creative writing.

The overall quality of the examinations was excellent, and I encourage you to pick up your exam and read my specific notes regarding your strengths and weaknesses, if any from the graded examination itself. I will also be happy to sit down with you to discuss the examination.
