This page contains a link to the original document created by Dr. Lombardi. Rather than being segmented into seperate web pages, it is just one big page. This will make it much easier to print all the pages at once.

Just clicking on the link will not automatically print the document however. It will load the entire page into the browser window. At that point you can use your browser to print it.

In Netscape's Navigator 2.x® or Microsoft's Internet Explorer 3.x®, the steps would be:

1. Choose the File pull-down menu.
2. Choose the Print... option.

If you experience problems with Netscape's Navigator® cutting the last line on the page, you can try these steps prior to those above:

1. Choose the File pull-down menu.
2. Choose the Page Setup... option.
3. Uncheck all three options in the footer box.
