Reviewing Messages Options: |

| Select a different message to read | Click on it with the mouse or use the up and down cursor keys. It will be displayed in the bottom portion of the mail window. |
| Delete a message | Click on the Delete button, or press [Delete], or choose Delete Message from the Edit pull-down menu when the messages are highlighted. |
| Reply to current message | Click on the Re: Mail button, or choose Reply from the Message pull-down menu, or press [Ctrl - R]. |
| Forward a copy of the current message | Click on the Forward button, or choose Forward from the Message pull-down menu, or press [Ctrl - L]. |
| Open a different mailbox | Click on the mailbox to open. |
| Save a viewable attachment to disk | Right-click the attachment and choose Save-As from the pop-up menu. |
| Save a non-viewable attachment to disk | Click on the Attachment # link. |
Address Book Options: |

| Add a new address entry | Choose Add User from the Item pull-down menu. Fill in the fields and click OK to accept it. |
| Edit a address entry | Right-click the entry and choose Properties from the pop-up menu. |
| Delete an address entry | Highlight it and then press [Delete], or choose Delete from the Edit pull-down menu. |
Attachments Dialog Options: |

| Specify a file to attach | Click on the Attach File... button. |
| Specify a Web page to attach | Click on the Attach Location (URL)... button, or from the browser window choose Mail Document from the File pull-down menu. |
| Remove an attachment from the list | Click on the Delete button when the file is highlighted. |
| Exit the dialog and add the attachments list to the message | Click on the OK button. |
| Cancel all changes to the attachments list | Click on the Cancel button. |
Getting On-line Help: |

| Read the on-line Handbook | Choose Handbook from the Help pull-down menu. The browser window will be used to link to Netscape’s site to load the Handbook Web pages. |
Notes:
Netscape Navigator’s e-mail is a client running on a PC. You will need to know your SMTP and POP server addresses to use it.Since Navigator runs in the MS Windows environment, you can use all the usual selection functions in list boxes, edit boxes, etc. It is assumed you know how to do this.
Start the Navigator by double-clicking the icon. See the reference for more details.
